Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AS / 400 Life Asia Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves application development, testing, and production support on the AS / 400 platform with a focus on the Life Asia Application.

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, and develop solutions on AS / 400 (Cobol Smart / 400 Life Asia)

Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams for requirement analysis and design

Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide production support and monitoring to ensure smooth operations

Prioritize and resolve issues in line with business needs

Key Requirements

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in AS / 400 development

Strong hands-on experience with Cobol Smart / 400

Proficiency in Life Asia Application

Knowledge of CL / 400, SQL / 400, Query / 400

Previous experience in the insurance domain is preferred

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type : Contract

Contract length : 12 months

Pay : RM7, RM12,000.00 per month
