What is your role :
Supports the day-to-day incoming consumables requests / orders to be fulfilled in a timely manner, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Acting as the first point of contact for external customers and internal customers, responds to the requests and enquiries in accordance with priorities and urgencies.
Daily analysis and management of consumables requests / orders that fall into exceptions and the resolution of these in accordance with standard processes and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Supports the conversion process of auto replenishment with algorithms and forecast analysis.
Provide timely performance reports to Superior on KPI set.
Able to work under tight schedule and meet the deadlines.
Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO requirements and standards
Other duties assigned by the management.
What you need to have :
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Must have good interpersonal skill, analytical skills and highly motivated.
At least two (2) years relevant working experiences.
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently & effectively in a team environment.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Words).
