What is your role :

  • Supports the day-to-day incoming consumables requests / orders to be fulfilled in a timely manner, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for external customers and internal customers, responds to the requests and enquiries in accordance with priorities and urgencies.
  • Daily analysis and management of consumables requests / orders that fall into exceptions and the resolution of these in accordance with standard processes and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Supports the conversion process of auto replenishment with algorithms and forecast analysis.
  • Provide timely performance reports to Superior on KPI set.
  • Able to work under tight schedule and meet the deadlines.
  • Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO requirements and standards
  • Other duties assigned by the management.

What you need to have :

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Must have good interpersonal skill, analytical skills and highly motivated.
  • At least two (2) years relevant working experiences.
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently & effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Words).
