We are hiring for two levels within the Business Development function :
- Executive / Senior Executive, Business Development
- Business Development Manager
Both positions play a crucial role in building and managing agency networks, achieving sales targets, and supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by generating new agency business and sustaining existing portfolios.Implement branch-level marketing strategies and initiatives.Recruit, develop, and retain productive agents.Provide guidance, training, and support to agency teams.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Deliver excellent customer and agent servicing.Executive / Senior Executive, Business Development
Support recruitment, development, and performance monitoring of agents.Assist in implementing marketing activities and branch business plans.Provide training support including CPD hours for agents.Requirements
Degree in any discipline (insurance qualification at associate level is a plus).1–3 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (preferably in General Insurance).Good communication, persistence, and initiative.Own transport and willingness to travel within the region.Business Development Manager
Lead execution of branch marketing strategies and drive profitability.Provide leadership, supervision, and training for agency teams.Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company strategic goals.Conduct market surveys and strengthen intermediary relationships.Requirements
5+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing within the insurance industry.Strong leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.Proven track record in driving business growth.Independent, with the ability to manage agents across all levels.What’s in it for you?
