FACTORY MANAGER (FOOD INDUSTRY)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations in production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure product consistency, safety, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.).
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues and improve workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of production volumes, downtimes, material usage, and waste for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations throughout the production area.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production Supervisors, Leaders and operators to ensure skill development and adherence to SOPs.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase output, and improve efficiency.
• Support in raw material planning and inventory coordination to avoid production delays.
• Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
