Modularsoft Sdn Bhd and Asia Smart Cards Centre (M) Sdn Bhd are part of the Hengbao family — fully owned by Hengbao International Pte. Ltd., a public‑listed smartcard leader.

We design, manufacture and personalise secure payment and ID cards, and operate a certified personalization centre serving banks, financial services and businesses across Asia.

We turn secure chip technology into products people use every day : ATM, debit and credit cards, contactless cards for payments, campus cards that double as student IDs and wallets, loyalty cards, and other secure ID solutions. Beyond cards, we build the software and systems that make them work — card management, mobile and web payment gateways, loyalty platforms, access control and remittance tools — and we meet international security standards (VISA, Mastercard, PayNet, MEPS).

The Role

You’ll be the backbone of our Malaysia finance operations for 2 entities, handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping, driving month‑end closes, and acting as the bridge between our local team and China HQ.

Working Arrangements : Onsite, Mon‑Fri 9AM-6PM

Compensation : RM8k-13k, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accounting records & journal entries
• Review and record staff expense claims
• Close the month‑end : produce financial statements
• Collaborate with our China HQ on local subsidiary accounts
• Assist with tax & audit data prep
• Support ad‑hoc administrative and finance tasks

Who You Are

We’re managing this hire in‑house and won’t be working with agencies right now, and we’ll be in touch personally with everyone who moves forward in the process.
