Overview of Organisation : We are a legal firm located in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking to recruit dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic lawyers to immediately fill up.
Responsibilities
- Conveyancing Lawyer – Manage sub-sale conveyancing files independently from initial instruction to completion; Draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreements and loan documentation with minimal supervision; Liaise with clients, bankers, and government authorities to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions; Monitor deadlines, file progress, and ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements; Attend signing appointments and explain legal documents to clients; Provide legal advice on conveyancing-related matters when required.
- Pupil-in-Chambers (Conveyancing) – Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents including Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan agreements, and transfer instruments; Liaise with clients, banks, and authorities under supervision to facilitate conveyancing transactions; Draft correspondence and assist with documentation follow-ups; Perform administrative and clerical duties related to file management and legal documentation.
- Conveyancing Clerk – Attend to and monitor all clerical tasks related to SPA and loan transactions; Handle general conveyancing matters such as sub-sale, developer projects, refinancing, and discharge; Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities; Prepare banking and loan documentation, including both consumer and corporate loans; Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers.
Qualifications and Requirements
Conveyancing Lawyer – Good communication and drafting skills; Ability to work as a team and be proactive; Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.Pupil-in-Chambers (Conveyancing) – Certificate in Legal Practice or equivalent; Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Conveyancing Clerk – Minimum 3 years’ experience (Junior) / 5 years’ experience (Senior) in conveyancing (sub-sale, loan, and developer cases); Able to handle files independently with minimal supervision; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage); Good attitude, confident, responsible, and quick learner; Able to start work in August or September 2025 (immediate availability or short notice preferred); 5 working days (Monday to Friday); Applicants with or without experience are welcome to apply (fresh graduates are encouraged, training will be provided); Salary will be commensurate with experience.Other Details
