What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including managing site workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all works meet project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues and handle emergencies swiftly and effectively.
  • Conduct inspections with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Enforce compliance with site safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain accurate daily site records, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare site measurements and support progress claims and material requisitions.
  • Participate in toolbox meetings, coordination briefings, and stakeholder discussions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision (HVAC, M&E, or fire‑rated ducting is an advantage).
  • Diploma / Certificate in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • SSS or SHO certification is mandatory for compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of site operations, construction drawings, and technical documents.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality results.
