About the role

At Four Seasons, our Servers are the key to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. They deliver intuitive, personalized, and anticipatory service in line with the company’s legendary standards of hospitality. The Server ensures that every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted throughout their dining experience

What you will do

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction ; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
• Maintain impeccable knowledge of the menu, including dietary requirements, allergens, and wine pairings.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, professional, and harmonious work environment.
