At Quandatics, as an HR Admin Intern, you will be exposed to a broad range of human resource functions in a fast-paced and professional environment. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and administrative support. You will assist the HR team in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, while upholding company policies and contributing to a positive and organized workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruitment efforts and employer branding, including job postings, interview coordination, designing and collaboration with the social media team.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, organizing materials, office management, and inventory tracking.
- Support administrative work in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard HR best practices.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Able to go through a full-time internship for 3 months or longer.Monthly allowance of RM1000.Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong interest in a wide range of human resources.
