Collate and analyze data to effectively contribute to meaningful insights and robust documentation that underpin a high-performance, value-aligned work environment.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan, implement, and enhance performance management frameworks that align business unit goals with MISC's strategic priorities and financial targets.
Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track individual, team, and departmental contributions to business performance, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
Design and execute cultural initiatives, workshops, and communication efforts that foster continuous improvement, innovation, and financial accountability at all levels.
Act as a change agent by partnering with senior leaders, managers, and team leads to drive mindset and behavioral shifts critical for sustainable culture and performance transformation.
Gather and analyze performance and culture data, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to optimize processes and enhance financial results.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to integrate performance, culture, and financial accountability into training, leadership programs, and onboarding activities.
Facilitate feedback mechanisms, coordinate logistics, and manage documentation to ensure smooth execution of performance reviews, cultural events, and related training.
Support the Head of Performance & Culture in preparing reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and measurable financial and cultural impacts.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Transformation, or Finance, with proven experience managing performance frameworks and cultural initiatives.
Demonstrated experience linking performance and cultural programs to tangible financial and operational outcomes.
Hands-on experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to track and report on performance and cost-saving initiatives is desirable.
Prior exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization projects is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
A master's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent in continuous improvement are highly desirable.
Additional certifications in change management or performance management frameworks are an added advantage.
