About Our Client

Job Description

  • Translate Solution Architecture into executable integration designs; provide reference implementations and code templates.
  • Collaborate with Data Products for data contracts and schema evolution; ensure downstream dbt / warehouse models receive stable interfaces.
  • Partner with AI Platform & Safety to expose tool / function calling endpoints for copilots and to implement RAG ingest / egress patterns safely.
  • Support IA & AI COE pods with workflow connectors, webhooks, and event triggers; ensure automations use approved integration paths. Run operations (SRE mindset).
  • Define SLOs / SLIs (availability, p95 latency, error rate) and runbooks; set up dashboards / alerts (observability by default).
  • Lead incident response for integration issues (bridge management, RCA, corrective actions); maintain problem and change records with PMO / CAB.
  • Manage cost / performance (throttling, caching, reuse) and capacity planning with Cloud / SRE. Governance & compliance
  • Maintain an integration catalog and reuse library; coach teams on standards and secure patterns. Vendor & stakeholder management
  • Own day-to-day with iPaaS / API vendors; negotiate SLAs, monitor usage / cost; plan upgrades.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Integration Lead should have :

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software / Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in integration engineering / architecture, incl. 3+ years leading delivery or platform ownership.
  • Proven delivery of API-led and event-driven integrations at scale, with strong operational track record (SLOs, incident mgmt).
  • Hands-on with REST / gRPC / GraphQL, OAuth2 / OIDC, secrets / KMS, rate limiting, retries / idempotency, back-pressure, schema / versioning.
  • Certifications : one or more of MuleSoft / Apigee / WSO2 / Workato / Boomi, AWS / Azure / GCP (architect or developer), Kafka / EventBridge / PubSub, ITIL Foundation (ops), security (e.g., ISO 27001 Foundation, cloud security).
