Overview
Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrating features and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries to showcase the value proposition.
- Relationship Building : Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Sales Negotiation : Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Closing Deals : Bringing the sales process to a successful conclusion by obtaining customer commitments and completing necessary paperwork or documentation.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Utilizing CRM software to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements
With at least two years of sales experience or account management in any field.Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma in any field. Candidates graduated in Marketing / Commerce / Business / Library Science is preferable but not mandatory.Dynamic, Independent, Results-Driven, Positive, Highly-motivated and ready to take up new challenges.Professional working proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages is a plus.Adequate computer skills especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Possess own car with a valid driving license.Willing to travel within Malaysia.Basic salary, sales commission, incentive, performance bonus, team building / annual dinner, company trip and etc.
