DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on :
- Coordinate with relevant internal or external parties for alignment with product roadmap, licensing, and market expansion goals.
- Implement both day-to-day supplier relationship management and supplier operations.
- Conduct market research & user analysis when needed.
- Supplier / service partner development according to company direction
- Plan fund flow based on internal entities or external entities payment requirement.
- Supplier sourcing for new business requirement or replacement.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address gaps, improve SLAs, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Initiate partnership strategy to suppliers to strengthen collaboration.
- Detect irregularities or underperformance that could impact customer experience, financial loss, or compliance breaches, and escalate appropriately.
- Set supplier KPIs and keep track supplier performance
- Organize partnership meetings, presentations, and engagement activities when needed.
- Coordinating joint marketing activities with suppliers.
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in any field (business administration, finance, statistics, computer science, information technology, management information system is preferred).Familiar with financial payment, payment business, and operation mode, with at least 2-3 years of payment and supplier management-related work experience.Standard Mandarin, excellent English listening, reading, and writing skills.Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good execution, and time management skills.Smooth communication, clear logic, and able to maintain stable output under multitasking and certain pressure.Skilled in the use of common office software : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.What we offer / What's in it for you :
