Key Responsibilities

  • Able to motivate subordinates carry positive attitude and lead the team together to achieve the company's Vision and Mission
  • Oversee and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for client management.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing exceptional service.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clients' financial reports and statements.
  • Coordinate with company secretaries, auditors, and tax agents.
  • Manage complex client requests, feedback, and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure all tasks and projects are completed within deadlines.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Handle ad-hoc managerial duties as required.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in accounting roles; management experience is preferred for the Account Manager position.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients
