Junior Process Expert - Procurement (Contract)

You will consult and support Procurement Managers in the Business Units, Procurement hubs and Plants along the sourcing process to ensure compliant and high-quality processes. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of the sourcing processes, software, reports, and standards. You will be part of a dynamic global team and contribute to improve our business processes.

What You'll do

In this challenging global role, your core areas of responsibilities will be:

• As a process expert you will be the first point of contact for Procurement Managers around the world, providing to stakeholders to ensure stability and efficiency in procurement processes.
• You will take a leading role in the supplier master data management process, ensuring that we have high quality and compliant master data.
• You will drive and support projects to further improve and enhance the system landscape and process.

What you need is

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management; relevant professional experience in procurement is a plus; Master's degree is a plus
• Ability for interdisciplinary teamwork and project management capabilities
• An end-to-end perspective (from planning, implementing, maintaining to continuous improvement and documentation)
• Good analytical skills and proven affinity for IT systems, experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (., Power BI), including data modelling, dashboard creation, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Interest in process automation using Power Automate and other digital tools is a plus.
