Senior Executive Export Shipping Coordinator （Chinese)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Shipping Coordinator to manage our export documentation, shipment schedules, and coordination with customers, forwarders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle full set of export documents (invoice, packing list, CO, FTA, health cert, PHYTO, etc.)

Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customers on booking and delivery arrangements

Ensure timely shipment and smooth export process

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and QA for export readiness

Track shipment status and update customers accordingly

Prepare and maintain export records for audit and customs compliance

Requirements :

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field

At least 1 year experience in export / shipping field (food industry preferred)

Able to work independently and handle multiple shipments at once

Good communication skills in Chinese & English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
