Responsibilities
- Review and analyze global customer contracts linked to index-based pricing
- Evaluate calculation methods and update frequencies based on internal cost drivers
- Match internal cost components to relevant external indices
- Build statistical models to assess performance in both inflationary and deflationary environments
- Identify gaps, misalignments, and opportunities to simplify processes
- Provide regional or business-specific insights and actionable recommendations
- Support the development of a strong index tracking and governance framework
