Job Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations tasks by working closely with SM and ASM.
• Oversee general operations and activities, including shipment, deliveries, stock checks, recording warehouse transactions, storage of inventory, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of material handling in storerooms or external locations.
• Maintain inventory, receive stock, place purchase orders, perform data entry into the inventory management system, and perform backup tasks in other store areas.
• Handle day-to-day processing of goods, including receiving, packing, scanning, and storing goods.
• Ensure goods are received, packed, scanned, and stored orderly.
• Scrutinize all deliveries and report defective or incorrect items.
• Assist with compliance to special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items according to storage plans, and address operational shortfalls and maintenance needs.
• Manage stock control and housekeeping operations of storerooms or external storage.
• Provide excellent service by performing duties related to picking and packing HLA products with accuracy, quality, efficiency, and sustainability, following HLA policies and procedures.
