Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the sales system.

Coordinate with the sales team and dispatch team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and according to specifications.

Ensure all sales invoices are correctly generated and compliant with company policies and local tax regulations (e-invoice).

Liaise with clients to address any issues or concerns regarding their orders or invoices, providing excellent customer service.

Serve walk-in customers and introduce & promote our products.

Ensure correct product and quantity before delivery to customers.

Monitor and track payment status for outstanding sales invoices, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure proper reconciliation of sales accounts, records and e-invoice matters.

Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and sales strategies.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and outstanding accounts to management.

Documentation and filing of documents.

Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Skills / Job Requirements :

Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.

Proficient in mandarin is a plus as mostly are mandarin speaking customers.

Proficient in sales systems and data entry.

Knowledge of sales regulations, tax requirements, and e-invoicing processes.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Experience in Autocount system.
