Responsibilities :
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, rules, processes, and constraints.
- Translate requirements into clear artifacts for the technical team to support development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Recommend workarounds where requirements cannot be met fully.
- Prioritize deliverables with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Prepare, review, and update system documentation and specifications.
- Review test plans and test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform testing, health checks, and ensure smooth system releases.
- Provide day-to-day system support and ensure business continuity.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies.
- Highlight risks and share best practices in risk management.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Business Analyst : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Experience in business analysis, preferably in the insurance / financial sector.Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) and system testing.Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Meticulous, committed, accountable, and a strong team player.Integrity, adaptability, and initiative to drive improvements and embrace change.Seniority level
