Senior Project Executive

Assist the Project Manager on the planning and implementation of property development and business development

Must be able to liaise with all appointed consultants and authorities

Coordinate and review the design submitted by various consultants

Coordinate and organize for authorities’ submission for various authorities

Must be able to liaise with site team(s) and contractor on design issues, inspection, and quality control.

Coordinate and monitor the project implementation to ensure the project to be completed within budget and approved timeframe, with acceptable quality.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture / Building / C&S Engineering or equivalent

Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in property development / consultancy firms

Able to work independently under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PC literate especially in MS Office and AutoCad
