Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. Responsibilities

Develop channel-specific 4P strategy and tactics. Manage trade marketing budget and define channel trade marketing KPIs. Translate brand marketing actions into customer marketing actions. Contribute to channel marketing plans with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy; act as key contact for brand marketing teams. Continuously analyze customer position, working with the Regional Sales Manager to recommend in-store actions to strengthen Reckitt's position within categories. Implement category strategies and vision across customers; lead and support the implementation of Reckitt's promotional strategy across customers, in line with brand priorities and media plans. Perform ongoing ROI analysis across activities to guide commercial outcomes and support trade spend optimization objectives. Conduct financial modelling to support decision processes (e.g., ranging, promotion). Develop Go to Market strategies for all category reviews with major customers. Develop, initiate, and execute customer engagement programs for involved channels. Maintain understanding of external factors and competitors' activities in the channel. Contribute to forecast accuracy via timely and accurate input into the forecasting process. Qualifications

Prior trade marketing experience with a blue-chip consumer goods company of at least two years, preferably with additional experience in Sales / Key Accounts. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation. Demonstrated commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities. Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues. Strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships and influencing customers and internal teams. Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English). Skills for success
