Job Description

In your new role, you will :

• Work closely with RF circuit designers to iterate circuit layouts for performance.
• Perform layout and verification of critical circuit blocks, subsystems, and top-level designs using tools like Cadence Virtuoso VXL & Mentor Calibre, applying RF / Analog layout techniques.
• Participate in RF circuit layout design, floor planning, routing, verification, and violation resolution.
• Co-lead RF layout design alongside the team leader.
• Conduct layout design reviews internally and externally with RF circuit designers.
• Plan block-level schedules and assign tasks to junior engineers.
• Guide and coach junior engineers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
