Conveyancing Lawyer

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing Lawyer based in Batu Pahat. The Conveyancing Lawyer will handle day-to-day tasks such as to handle subsale, loan, discharge and all other conveyancing related matters. The role involves to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation and other types of works assigned by the firm time to time.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of law relevant to property
• Strong analytical and drafting skills and who are detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Bar qualification is required
• Prior experience in a law firm is advantageous
