Responsibilities
Handle SG customer inquiries & complaints regarding banking services and products via phone call.
Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.

Earliest shift start at 6am. Latest shift end by 3am (for Senior Officer only).
Junior officer / Fresh entry's latest shift will normally start at noon / end by 12am.
9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour meal break and 0.5 hours comfort break.
Rest 2 days mostly combined (may be split too).
Location : Walking distance from Ampang Park station.
1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm) mandatory attendance.
