Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of marketing and event management.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and execute events on time.
  • Manage event production, client communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop promotion strategies and marketing materials.
  • Direct projects with attention to detail, budgeting, and cost control for successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be a Malaysian.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or any other related field.
  • Good knowledge and skill in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years and 1 year of experience in event management with a proven track record of executing events for senior and junior positions respectively. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, good time management, and fast learner.
  • Pleasant personality and able to work as a team player.
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
  • Possess own four-wheeled vehicle.
