F&B Crew / Service Staff

Job Title :

F&B Crew / Service Crew / Waiter / Waitress

Job Scope & Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
  • Handle takeaway and delivery orders (if applicable).
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Support cashier duties, such as handling payment transactions.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and stock checks.
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs at all times.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g. setting tables, polishing cutlery).
  • Process payments (cash, credit cards, e-wallets) and issue receipts.

Skills Required :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic English or local language proficiency.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and willing to relocate.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage is a plus.
