Area Coverage : Klang Valley only

Job Description :

  • To execute business plan, strategies and promotional activities.
  • To manage authorized company's retailers by organizing sales visit within Klang Valley and number of point of sales.
  • Meeting retailers in person, pitching products & services and promoting the company's offerings / marketing program face-to-face.
  • Responsible for carrying and meeting sales targets in addition to managing the number of point of sales, which means they are tasked with achieving specific sales goals or quotas through their direct interactions with retailers.
  • Persuasively promoting the company's products / offerings to meet or exceed the set sales targets.
  • Maintains relationships with retailers by providing support, information, and guidance for company's products.
  • Promoting company's transactional offers.
  • Supporting authorized retailers with product knowledge and training.
  • Driving sell-out and ensuring offer attractiveness in the channel.

Job Requirement :

  • Experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management
  • Knowledge of Low Voltage products is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese and Hokkien dialects is an added advantage
  • Able to work with different levels of stakeholders
  • Product exposure in a MNC brand
  • Expand networking into electrical industry
  • Provides allowances for travel, mobile, tol & parking, and sales incentives
