F&B Director / Manager
Locations : TRX, KLGCC, Ascott KL, Mont Kiara
Salary : RM15,000 / month | 6-day work week, shifting hours
We are seeking a dynamic F&B Director / Manager to lead multi-outlet operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive strategy, innovation, and team performance across high-profile outlets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure service excellence
- Develop and implement F&B strategies, SOPs, and menus
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and business expansion
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements
10+ years in F&B, with at least 5 years in leadershipStrong knowledge of F&B trends and service standardsProven success in high-volume or luxury dining operationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsMandarin / Korean proficiency is a plusBenefits
