About You
You will be responsible for the administrative and operational matters at your designated Experience Center, reporting directly to the Branch Manager and with a dotted line to the Country Retail Operations. Your responsibilities include managing your direct reports, namely the Branch Support Admin (BSA), and supporting the retail operational aspects of the Experience Centers.
Your Day-to-Day
- Develop strategies and action plans for improving branch operation processes.
- Track customer orders with CARSOME Consultants and Branch Support Admins to ensure bookings (both online and offline) are converted into delivery.
- Monitor and manage activities from loan application processing to disbursement.
- Train and develop Branch Support Admins to perform their tasks efficiently, meeting TAT and SLA requirements.
- Ensure data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries made by the BSA.
- Coordinate fleet movements for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
- Follow up with Marketing Officers from FIs / Banks regarding loan submission statuses and disbursements.
- Manage cash payments via credit or debit cards, including bank settlements on FI / bank terminals.
- Ensure retail operations adhere to SOPs and that CMS processes meet Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Prepare PR / PO documents for invoices from vendors for the Finance Department.
- Assist in petty cash management, recording expenses and reimbursements.
- Promote automation in loan submissions through banks’ e-dealers / e-portals.
- Track and utilize vouchers and CMS discounts effectively.
- Perform e-auto transfers for ownership transfers when required.
- Produce management reports accurately and timely.
- Participate in other company activities as assigned.
Your Know-How
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.3-4 years of relevant work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and support team members effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in the banking industry is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
