Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates with bookkeeping knowledge and strong internship experience are welcome to apply. Languages : Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCount is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently (as the sole accounts role). Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage collection and recording of management fees from tenants / clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and filing of all payments, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments in line with company policies.
- Prepare simple monthly / quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Follow up with tenants / clients on outstanding payments professionally.
- Assist in ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required by the General Manager.
