Job Description
Established in 2003, Digital Hub seeks to add value by transforming IT support functions to bring higher returns to Sunway Group's businesses. As a centre of excellence, Digital Hub provides world-class support services to most IT projects within the Sunway Group, and delivers value through the standardisation, consolidation and optimisation of IT resources within the Group.
Responsible in managing and maintaining our BUs critical infrastructure systems and ensuring their operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of our managed services offerings.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor, manage and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage and databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, patches and system upgrades while minimizing downtime and impact on BUs.
- Design, planning, implementation, integration and enhancement of network, security and cloud systems
- Responsible for daily operations and support of network, security and cloud systems for Data Centre and remote sites.
- Provide L2 technical support, communication network troubleshooting, ensures that operations resume within specified SLA and timely escalation of incidents to immediate superior.
- Enhance and ensure necessary patches on the network, security and cloud systems.
- Ensure that managed infrastructure adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements, participating in audits and assessments as needed.
- To liaise and work hand in hand with solution team, business unit and vendor for complex technical problems & provide the suitable platform.
- To treat customers' information and material as private & confidential and shall not at any time during or after the services, for any reason whatsoever disclose or permit to disclose to any person, or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any information and material relating to the customers' technology, technical process, business affairs or finances.
- Works closely with internal teams and business partners to analyze core business processes and workflows including "as-is" and "to-be" scenarios.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement :
