Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial to drive the execution of brand strategies and campaigns that align with the organization’s overall goals. It requires close collaboration with various departments, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. By staying informed about industry trends and best practices, the Senior Brand Executive will contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies, ultimately supporting the organization’s growth and market presence

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and coordinate marketing plans and trade campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing collateral.
  • Prepare periodic reports to track A&P spending and KPIs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, trade partners, KOLs, and agencies.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital / social media marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms.
  • At least 3 years of consumer brand marketing experience, preferably in an MNC FMCG environment (Food & Beverage category is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
  • Self-initiator with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
