What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Creation - Design and edit graphics, memes, and videos for SW Strategies’ platforms (website, LinkedIn, social media) and our amazing clients.
• Ideation & Planning - Brainstorm fresh content ideas, research trends, and create simple storyboards.
• Shoot & Production - Capture content on the go at client events, activations, and behind-the-scenes moments. From time to time, you may also be in front of the camera whether it’s hosting short clips, hopping on TikTok trends.
• Editing & Post-Production - Cut engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more. Add graphics, captions, effects, and repurpose content.
• Social Media Savvy - Understand algorithms, trends, track performance, and adapt creative approaches to maximise reach.
• Client & Brand Uplift - Collaborate with client teams to deliver content that strengthens brand presence and impact.
