• Overseeing both CFS secured and unsecured collections teams to ensure effective and timely collections.
• Handling escalated collection cases with professionalism, negotiating resolutions while maintaining customer relationships.
• Streamlining dunning and escalation processes to balance both collections outcome and customer service.
• Monitoring team performance metrics and providing coaching to improve productivity and compliance with company policies.
