Penerangan pekerjaanCheck for any missing items in each FA MO, and follow up with Store for any pending materials. Monitor FA progress and update to Engineer / Customer Service when required. Compile FAIR and send to Engineer for final review. Seek Engineer clarification for any unclear requirement in customer drawing. Lead & monitor ECN flow : Send ECN lots to FA team to re-run FA. Update FAIR and send to Engineer for final review. Update technical report & FA photos and send to QA team to update QA-FA folder. Follow up open action items with respective owner until closure of ECN. Check ECN status and send weekly updates to the team. Perform additional tasks as assigned by Engineer, including : Assist Engineer to create material specification as required. Check material RoHS status. Assist in internal audits. - Coordinate and assist in First Article flow, including :
Register FA MO into FAIR tracker, and maintain accuracy of status update.
Check and confirm production MO rev for ECN impacted FG.
Perform 5S inspection, improvement and re-verification.
