Overview
Position Overview : We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our massage shop as a Front Desk cum Customer Service staff. As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; customer service experience is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy in handling tasks and cash.
- Proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays (off-days on rotation).
- Positive attitude, punctual, and eager to learn.
Salary information : First Month – Basic RM 1,800 + Allowance RM 500. From Second Month Onwards – Basic RM 1,800 + Commission + Incentive (total earnings up to RM 3,500 depending on performance).
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers warmly in a professional manner.Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online bookings.Manage daily appointment schedules and coordinate with therapists.Provide customers with information on services, promotions, and packages.Process payments, issue receipts, and handle basic cash transactions.Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and waiting area.Perform basic administrative tasks such as record-keeping and updating customer details.Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and escalate when needed.Support management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Working Hours
Shift 1 (Morning) : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM (including 1-hour break)Shift 2 (Middle) : 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM (including 1-hour break)Shift 3 (Night) : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 30 AM (including 1-hour break)Work Schedule : 6 working days per week, with 1 off-day on a weekday (rotation basis)Other information : Attractive salary with performance incentives.
