Senior Executive - Marketing (Events & Campaigns)
As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Executive – Marketing will design & execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the mall’s brand presence, drive footfall, and support tenant success. This role focuses on three core areas : Campaigns , Events & Festive Celebrations , and Tenant Relations .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovative, results‑driven marketing campaigns—both on‑site and off‑site—that align with the mall’s branding and commercial goals.
- Design and implement partnerships, internal promotions, and thematic campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Plan and manage the end‑to‑end customer journey for mall events and festive activations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Act as the main liaison for external parties seeking to host events within mall spaces, including reviewing proposals and ensuring alignment with mall standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑impact events that attract and retain shoppers.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for tenants, offering strategic consultation to enhance their marketing effectiveness.
- Review and support tenant event proposals, ensuring alignment with mall branding and promotional calendars.
- Foster strong tenant relationships through collaborative marketing efforts and joint campaigns that drive mutual success.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, creative agency, or shopping mall marketing.Strong foundation in event planning, campaign strategy, and marketing execution.Creative, resourceful, and results‑oriented with a commercial mindset to drive footfall and revenue.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, especially in managing tenant relationships.Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
