Job Purpose
The Admin Executive cum Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations, providing professional administrative support, and maintaining an efficient office environment. This role acts as the first point of contact for visitors and plays an essential part in supporting company-wide operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and coordinating guest arrivals.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and distribution of documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document processing, and stationery management.
- Monitor and coordinate office housekeeping to ensure a clean and professional workplace.
- Track and update company asset records (e.g., IT equipment, office facilities).
- Handle procurement of pantry supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required by the HR Manager or management.
Qualifications & Requirements
