Develop reports and dashboards using SAS / Business Intelligence tools and automation to improve data accuracy, report delivery timeliness and easy viewing by requesters. Collaborate with IT and Data Engineers (Data COE, Group Analytics) to utilize and improve the Enterprise MIS technology, automation and data enrichment to provide granular insights and data points at improved TAT. Assist Squad Lead and senior to collaborate with other stakeholders in enriching data points to provide more granular insights to assist to refine, conduct UAT, build report and tracking / fulfillment automation.
