PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

Promote and sell the organization’s products within an assigned geographic area to existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and market growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive selling results in assigned territories and / or accounts.
  • Identify potential business expansion opportunities and convert them into actual revenue.
  • Identify, search, and contact prospective customers to build genuine relationships, understand their needs, and find solutions that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Provide customer feedback and market information on competitor activities to the sales leader and other relevant contacts within the organization to respond effectively to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across functions such as marketing, customer services, and logistics to fulfill customer demands.
  • The sales specialist shall also be responsible for matters ancillary to sales and marketing activities, as well as other duties assigned by the company, acting reasonably.
  • Undertake other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the dental industry or medical device industry, with implant experience being a high priority.
  • Experience working in multinational companies is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented, team player, agile, embraces change, proactively adapts, and maintains a “can-do” attitude.
