Logistics Coordinator

Our focus is on developing long-term partnerships with clients worldwide, from feasibility concepts through to new product introductions and supply. Key Responsibilities : Shipping Management :

Organize the packaging, labeling, and dispatch of electronic components, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. Receiving Operations :

Manage incoming shipments, perform inspections, handle documentation, and manage inventory upon receipt. Inventory Control :

Keep accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with production for inventory replenishment. Logistics Planning :

Develop logistics strategies to streamline operations, reduce delivery times, and control costs. Vendor Coordination :

Work with shipping companies, couriers, and customs brokers for optimal rates and service, manage logistics paperwork, and resolve shipping issues. Customer Service :

Update customers on shipment statuses, handle inquiries, and manage the logistics of returns or defective products. Compliance and Reporting :

Adhere to local laws, export controls, and company policies. Provide logistics performance reports to management. Qualifications : Education : formal bachelor degree required and a background in logistics or a related field is advantageous. Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or shipping / receiving, preferably with electronics or high-tech products. Must be a fast learner with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes. Technical Skills : Basic proficiency in logistics software or ERP systems; willingness to learn company-specific tools. Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations. Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and liaise effectively with vendors, team members, and clients. Must speak fluently in English and Mandarin languages (Preferred). Problem Solving : Ability to tackle logistics challenges head-on, with strong analytical skills for process optimization.
