Conduct meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders Perform process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions Research and evaluate software, tools and automation options Create detailed requirements documentation and specifications Support solution design, testing and implementation Prepare reports, presentations and business cases Manage projects and product delivery schedules Communicate with various stakeholders and team members Testing and Quality Assurance Create test plans and test cases to validate solutions Perform user acceptance, integration and regression testing Document and track defects throughout testing Qualifications / Requirements
