Job Responsibilities :
Sales and Promotion
- Promote assigned products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals through regular sales calls and detailing activities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions during clinic, hospital, and pharmacy visits.
- Organize and participate in product talks, medical exhibitions, and educational programs.
Territory Management
Develop and maintain a strong customer database within the assigned territory.Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly call plans effectively.Monitor competitor's activities, pricing, and market trends.Ensure product availability and visibility in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.Relationship Building
Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Provide timely and accurate information to customers on product use, benefits, and safety.Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.Reporting and Compliance
Submit daily call reports, expense claims, and territory feedback on time.Comply with all company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations (e.g. Code of Conduct, local MOH guidelines).Participate in product training sessions and maintain up-to-date product and disease knowledge.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biomedical, or related field.Minimum 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.Fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Possess own transport and valid driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
