Job Description

Develops and manages Supply Chain Sustainability policies and programs. Typically performs one or more of the following as an individual contributor :

• Develops, refines and manages the sustainability programs, including RBA, CMRT, supplier conformance to GF EHS policies and GSC principles
• Accountable for RBA and other external engagements
• Plans and implements efforts to demonstrate the organization\'s commitment to sustainability, the environment and social responsibility
• Drives GSC PFAS reduction and low GWP gas strategies
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders, e.g., comms team, EHS, GSM, Legal, etc.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Works and collaborates on other projects and / or assignments as needed

Provides guidance for external programs. Initiates projects with suppliers in a very complex environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain or Business with minimum 8 years experience.
