  • Deliver world-class customer service by handling each interaction with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, in line with client quality guidelines and performance metrics.
  • Perform data labeling tasks, demonstrating strong skills in creative writing, reading comprehension, and content analysis.
  • Write and summarize semantically accurate content—words and paragraphs—free of grammatical or punctuation errors, using proper writing formats.
  • Analyze and interpret text content to produce professional and contextually appropriate written outputs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience on every call or task handled.
  • Meet and exceed client-mandated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain consistent performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Keep all internal and external login credentials confidential.
  • Participate in all required internal and external training or seminars.
  • Understand and comply with TaskUs policies, procedures, and functional area guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management regarding potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • What exactly are we looking for? We need someone who is willing to work on cyclical schedules. Experience in data labeling, phone, email and live chat support is a plus. Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support is also beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Computer literate and proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Resourceful, able to multitask and with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams. Flexible and able to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes, and able to work under pressure.
