Job Brief
Are you someone who thrives on data, precision, and performance? We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to support digital media execution across various platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and META. He / she will work closely with Senior Performance Marketing Associate and Manager to create, implement and optimize media buys that will help the commercial team to meet revenue targets.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of media strategies and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Primary PIC for on-time Media buy executions, following media planning and strategy guidelines from Performance Marketing Manager.
- Provide media buy results to assist Performance Marketing Specialists and Managers in crafting media plans & reports for both external and internal stakeholders.
- Undertakes research on media buy industry trends, competitor analysis & audience preferences.
- Main PIC for regular monitoring of media campaign budget usage, ensuring that campaigns are not underspending / overspending versus budget. Monitor Performance versus targets, benchmarks / growth targets.
- Main PIC for client onboarding checklists and liaise with internal stakeholders to start media campaigns.
- Conduct regular data spot-checks and trends of on-going media executions, ensuring that reports are accurate.
- Provide operations feedback to Performance Marketing Specialists and Performance Marketing Manager.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree or relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Media Planning, or Digital AdvertisingAt least 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning & buying, and execution on eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), agencies, or brands (Beauty, FMCG, Fashion). Experience in CPAS & onsite solutions are a plus.Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset – Ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and drive optimizations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite – Experience with analytics and reporting tools is a plus.Resilient, adaptable & execution-focused – Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects.Self-starter mentality – Ready to roll up your sleeves and drive growth.If you’re passionate about performance marketing and thrive in a fast-moving e-commerce environment, apply now!
