Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Ipoh Ais Kopi shops, ensuring compliance with SOPs and food safety standards.
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring staff for all outlets.
- Implement and monitor food quality control processes to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, storage, and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory across outlets.
Requirements :
Proven experience in F&B management, preferably overseeing multiple locations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience in recruitment, including interviewing and onboarding staff.Knowledge of food quality control, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.Familiarity with cost management, inventory control, and F&B industry trends.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.Job Type : Full-time
