Collaborates with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals
Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and attract top talent. Assist in the selection process and provide onboarding support to new hires
Leads initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
Ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on changes in legislation and proactively address any compliance issues
Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention
Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to managers and employees and helping to manage resistance to change
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees and managers. Serve as a liaison between HR and the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR business partnering
Possess excellent communication, presentation & facilitation skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
Proficiency in Workday added advantage
