Junior Art Director

Overview

A Junior Art Director at BLWN supports the Creative Director in leading the Creative Division. The key role is to lead the main creative concept for projects (ideation, naming, concept, theme, color scheme, key element), while working with the creative team to develop the assets and collaterals.

Responsibilities

• Develop the creative concept for projects (you will be working alongside the Strategy Director and Art Director)
• Guide the adaptations from concept to various collaterals until project completion
• Work with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights
• Generate original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive
• Deliver work of the highest quality after collaborating with team members to develop new ideas
• Work with the art director and account managers to establish appropriate creative directions
• Stay abreast of new media formats and learn how to incorporate them into campaigns
